“The history of Grapèlli is very interesting, and so is the architecture of the hotel. Definitely not a cookie cutter hotel, wonderful atmosphere, very comfortable rooms, friendly and welcoming staff. ”

“The room is well-renovated and clean. Nearby environment is beautiful and quite. However, the transportation is too inconvenient. It requires almost an hour to go to the hotel from Amsterdam Central.”

“Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before……
