Gary and Dawn do a great job with their properties as we have previously stayed at the Fox in the Hen house, which is great as well. The Green green grass of home was amazing. Very private. Very warm and cozy. Staying in the wintertime the road is seasonal as listed which was not an issue as we have a 4 wheel drive SUV but plan accordingly if you do not. “This property was absolutely incredible! The location was very convenient for us - we explored the Conesus Lake area and spent the weekend hiking at Letchworth State Park. The set up of the house was perfect for our families; we had room for our kids to play and we all had our own spaces to sleep. It was very family friendly and comfortable. “Our stay at the Retreat of Falling Waters was nothing short of magical. We loved exploring the waterfall, playing the board games provided, and enjoying meals at the quaint kitchen table. “This house was perfect for my visit. My sister lives down the street, and my dad lives nearby, but stayed with my daughter and I at the house. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my dad, who has issues with stairs, and the upstairs was great for my adult daughter and I. We hung out by the fire pit a couple nights, used the hot tub and pool table, but overall, we just hung out and spent time together. The house is spacious and cozy. Cooking utensils, dining accessories and even coffee, spices and more. Onsite assigned private parking. TVs with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Roku and more. Comfortable, convenient and nicely located. ”
