“Clean and pleasant with excellent staff. The room with the river view is slightly pricey. Amenities are minimal for a hotel at this price point. The hotel could not provide me toothpaste and there is no kettle in the room. It is somewhat inconvenient to go to the reception to have hot water prepared for you by the staff at the front desk. I like however the fruit bowl they have in the lobby.”

“訂了兩間主題套房，竟然被安排在不同樓層，由於有小朋友，這樣的安排很不方便，職員態度冷淡，原本沒有提供任何協助，直至我據理力爭要求之後，才給了一個折衷方案，就是給我們一間，租金平一大截的相連普通房。然而，酒店方面沒有安排退回差價，甚至連早餐這些優惠也不願意給。執拾房間的水準差劣，竟然有使用過的毛巾仍然遺留在地上，沒有替換新毛巾，使用過的化妝棉也沒有補給。”

“櫃檯人員非常友善的說明和介紹，有備受歡迎的感覺，房間令人眼睛為之一亮，所有光線灑落讓人身處自然，步出小小陽台，舒服，自在。早餐別緻，感受得到許多廚師的巧思。SPA這個空間很溫暖，很放鬆。”

“入住時詢問櫃台是否有辦法跟同事的房間在同一層或是隔壁，當時接應的是新報到的員工因此無法處理，等到了較資深的員工來，表現不耐不說，還安排了一間沒有整理的房間給我同事，因此就全部重來，最後當然也沒有安排在同一層或是相鄰處。 飯店很美，內裝舒適，床鋪很舒服，還有咖啡可以免費外帶。但早餐一定要自己打理，不然就得去隔壁的美居吃高達19歐一人的早餐，而完全沒有那個價值！官網說有洗衣機，但找了半天還是找不到，四樓的laundry room 打開是空蕩蕩的房間，最後還是每天在外面自助洗衣店洗衣服。 但飯店房間配備的器具完善，附近又有很多超市，買食材，花點時間準備個早餐絕對是可以的。 若有多待幾天的打算，我會建議入住，就像個自己小空間一樣舒適，但若只是匆匆一晚，不會建議。”
