Great combination of modern, industrial, simple craftsman, and so much character! The view of the river and the various wildlife we got to enjoy made you feel like you were pretty isolated, yet conveniently located in town. “My family was looking for somewhere to stay to get together for a long weekend and this property was perfect! Beautiful kitchen for cooking family meals, lots of indoor and outdoor games to keep you occupied and of course the beautiful hot tub! My parents are already looking forward to coming back! ”

“I’m so thankful for Joe’s place! I brought my teenagers with me and they loved it too, fantastic location, a slice of heaven - so peaceful and being on the salmon river and steps away from the beach of Lake Ontario was a true blessing. Bring your own fishing equipment, you won’t catch much from the dock during this time - maybe a tiny brown trout or bass, gotta get out on the boat, didn’t catch anything at most access points. Got NY fishing license easily at woodys tackle shop, between Ace……

“This beachfront house is perfect for a family getaway. Easy access to the beach and nice family space. We had both houses on this property but the front house was our hangout space.”
