“Property and home was beautiful, updated, and roomy! The ONLY complaint that i have is there are lights on the stairs you can’t turn off in one of the bedrooms. We just covered them with pillows at night. Silly little thing. Otherwise, it’s perfection!”

“Mr. and Mrs. Karr were very pleasant! They welcomed us as soon as we got there. The property is beautiful and the cabin is the cutest. It was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. We will definitely be visiting the Karr’s again. ”

“Amazing property! Beautiful house inside and out- felt very private but just minutes from grocery stores, marina and browns beach (for swimming). All my kids had a blast kayaking and swimming and fishing at the White River and at the Lake. House had plenty of deck space for relaxing with a great view, and we got prime seating on the hammock for spotting meteors during the Perseid shower. Kitchen is very well equipped. Would highly recommend!”

“We had an amazing stay! The house and grounds are beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was perfect for gathering and cooking. Fishing was amazing just be sure to get a trout stamp with your fishing license! All in all a fabulous place to stay. ”

“We loved the spring water and geothermal air system. Great outdoor spaces and secluded. Plenty of water pressure, hot water, and nice cool air, plus a lot of room for 6 of us. We enjoyed trout fishing and cooking them in the fully stocked kitchen! ”

“Our stay was truly exceptional, highlighted by breathtaking views from every vantage point of the property. While the access involves gravel roads, they are meticulously maintained, making the drive quite pleasant, even for us, accustomed to Oklahoma's gravel roads. The 30-minute drive to Calico Rock on these roads is particularly convenient. Though other destinations like Mountain View, and Mountain Home are a 40 minute drive away, the scenic beauty makes the travel enjoyable and do not seem……
