ARRIVAL & PARKING

The driveway provides parking for 3 to 4 vehicles, offering easy, private access. Once you step through the front door, you’ll find a hallway closet for coats, shoes, or bags. The layout is thoughtfully designed—master bedroom to the left, open living space straight ahead, and a second bedroom to the right.

LIVING ROOM, DINING AREA & KITCHEN

The open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen create the perfect space for gathering, unwinding, and enjoying each other’s company. The minimal design lets in tons of natural light, with modern touches and plenty of seating.

✧ Living Room Highlights:

• Large smart TV with all major streaming apps. We provide Netflix and Disney+
• Oversized cozy couch with an attached chaise lounge
• Open to the dining and kitchen areas

✧ Dining Area:

• Large wood dining table that comfortably seats six
• Located directly behind the living room with easy access to kitchen and backyard
