Less than 10 minute drive to the full service grocery store, 10 minutes to downtown Hendersonville, and app. 10 minutes to Flat Rock. You are also only app. 30 minutes to downtown Asheville, and the world famous Biltmore Estate. Less than 15 minutes to the Asheville Airport. The cabin has its own private parking area with cul-de-sac for easy & unencumbered access 24/7. Following Hurricane Helene, there has been ongoing tree removal at the property. Please know that this could affect your stay.

The true estate home affords a massive chef's grade upscale kitchen, multiple gathering areas, large lodge Great Room, screened porch, accompanied by private, ensuite bedrooms. It is not surprising when you put a terrific home together with all the amenities it has to offer.The log cabin wing, offers plenty of additional community space to unwind, and fully equipped 2nd kitchen, and is one of the many places where guests enjoy their time together inside the house, perhaps with a nice seasonal fire in the gas fireplace. Kinloch Place also features an historical bunk house beside a babbling stream overlooking the patio, fire pit and your own private 1 acre lake. But, if you need some “alone time”, there is plenty of space outside to find your own serenity. There are various outdoor areas, including the covered porches, and patios for ultimate outdoor relaxation. Of course kids and adults alike appreciate and enjoy both the garage Game Room and the private hot tub.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Events: Kinloch Place welcomes small events and weddings to be held on the estate. Event fees apply to weddings and corporate retreats. Please inquire and discuss with the Yonder Guest Experience Team for rates and further information.

Quiet Policy: Please note that the home is located in a very private, quiet and exclusive development. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and their development.
