Kinloch Place also features an historical bunk house beside a babbling stream overlooking the patio, fire pit and your own private 1 acre lake. But, if you need some “alone time”, there is plenty of space outside to find your own serenity. There are various outdoor areas, including the covered porches, and patios for ultimate outdoor relaxation. Of course kids and adults alike appreciate and enjoy both the garage Game Room and the private hot tub.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Quiet Policy: Please note that the home is located in a very private, quiet and exclusive development. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and their development.
