This sprawling 4BR/3BA home boasts a huge open kitchen, a sauna, and beautifully refinished bathrooms. From the spacious deck to the comfortable living room, there's plenty of room for your group to relax and unwind indoors and out.

Located on a quiet lot in Hendersonville, your rental offers a prime home base for exploring Asheville, Chimney Rock, and Lake Lure. Drive 60 minutes for hiking in Pisgah National Forest, and arrive in downtown Asheville in 26 minutes.

LIVING AREAS

This remarkable home has 3,200 square feet of airy living space, a tree-lined backyard, and a deck.

Hardwood floors glow in the open-concept living room. A sofa, love seat, and armchair offer comfortable seating around a 65 TV. Settle in for pre-dinner appetizers and drinks while enjoying the warm ambience of the wood burning stove.

Relax in the indoor sauna after a day of hiking.

KITCHEN & DINING

The expansive kitchen makes it simple to cook for a crew. Stainless steel appliances include a side-by-side fridge, and the cabinets are stocked with all the gadgets and cookware you may need. A farmhouse-style sink provides added convenience.

A wood table seats six in the kitchen, and another dining area offers space for four.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

Four bedrooms on the second floor accommodate 12 guests. Each bedroom has its own 32 flat-screen each equipped with a Roku stick to access individual Netflix & Hulu accounts.

The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and a cool blue color palette. The en-suite master bathroom is equipped with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.

Two twin-over-twin bunk beds, ideal for children and small adults (160 lb. weight limit), and a sofa can be found in the second bedroom , and the third and fourth guest rooms both have queen-size beds. The bathroom on this floor boasts a soaking tub and a walk-in shower.

Another bathroom on the main floor offers plenty of space and a newly refinished walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS

The spacious back deck has a gas grill, and the tree-lined yard offers seating for six around a fire pit. After a fun-filled day of adventures, gather for conversation and s'mores beneath the stars.

EXTRA AMENITIES

Guest amenities include driveway parking for three cars, a washer/dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi. This is a pet-friendly rental.

THE LOCATION

Delicious local restaurants are within a short drive of your door. Choose from Thai, tacos, Greek, or authentic New York style bagels in 4 miles or less, then head out to Chimney Rock State Park for a hike - 30 minutes away.

Asheville's vibrant music and food scenes await in 26 minutes. Tour the iconic Biltmore Estate and Grove Park Inn before sampling craft beers and BBQ. Black Mountain and Lake Lure are also within easy driving distance.

Winter sports lovers can access Cataloochee and Wolf Ridge ski resorts within an hour's drive, and the stunning Blue Ridge Parkway is a must-see year-round outdoor destination 30 minutes from home.

Loved it! But a few suggestions
The main level was very cozy and easy to hang out with everyone. The fireplace was very nice to have as well. In the kitchen, it would be nice to have more space for groceries that we brought, so they didn't have to sit on the counter top all week. Other than that, the kitchen was spacious, well-stocked, with a clean fridge, clean dishwasher, complimentary kuerig cups. Being there for a whole week, with seven people, we could have used another dishwasher pod. We had to go buy some to run the last load for the dishwasher. Bathrooms were large and clean. The main upstairs bathroom had a crack in the door, and the toilet clogged as soon as we arrived, but it righted itself the next day. The outside had plenty of space for my kids to play. We didn't utilize the deck much because it was cold, but it looked very neat and clean. The checking-out process was easy, and didn't require a long list of tasks to complete. The only thing i really didn't like was the driveway. We hade to travel very slowly because it was so torn up, then at the top ot turned really steep, so we had to hit the gas and try to avoid a huge pot hole. The staff was very responsive when we had any issues or questions. You should offer cancelations within a reasonable amount of time. We tried to cancel after the hurricane came through, and we were told that we could only get a credit toward another property, or change our dates. That's not always a possibility when you're traveling

Excellent home for your Asheville vacation
This home was perfect for our family gathering. It's spacious and has a well-stocked kitchen and generous bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed the large balcony and gas fire pit. Location is just south of Asheville

Great Place
This is a great place for anyone requiring a large amount space. Although we did not have any children in our group, it looked as if it was well equipped to entertain kids and pets. All in all great time was had by all our group and was perfect for our needs.

Lovely spot
Overall, a lovely spot. Spacious, tidy, and quiet with many indoor activities available. Kitchen is well stocked with cutlery, pots/pans, dishes, etc. The deck is fabulous for morning coffee and observing wildlife in the forest ambiance. Convenient to many parks & attractions, restaurants & grocery stores. Dynasty Drive is a road in name only. Be prepared for a steep ascent/decent and go slow to avoid the multiple potholes and washouts.

Amazing location
Everything about this home was amazing even down to the doggy room! They had two options for fire pits whether you wanted to do a gas pit or actual wood for pit. Enough space for everyone and you could have multiple people inside and not feel like you’re crowded or in everyone’s space. Amenities are great and we were not far from downtown Asheville and super close to Sierra Nevada

Good time in a private mountain setting
Overall good time. Online listing was inaccurate (no gym or hot tub) and air conditioning was very temperamental and difficult to operate but the setting on the hill was great and fire pit and firewood were a great touch. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms were very luxurious. 12 beds were perfect for our 2 families! Recommend!

Great place for mixed group of friends
The downstairs area was perfect for friends and family to mingle. I really appreciate the place being pet friendly. Only negative was that there needed to be more towels in the kitchen, as one towel and no rags is not enough if you plan on cooking dinner for a larger group of people. Other than that, the house was great, and it was in a great location. The last road is kind of hard to find, and in pretty rough shape, but that’s not really related to the house.

Fun cabin
The perfect spot for our weekend golf trip with the boys. Plenty of games and entertainment for everyone to hangout and have fun. The beds were really comfortable and everything was clean. We plan to come back next year.

Awesome House!
Our family had such a great time at this property! The house is large and well laid out and full of fun activities. I loved that even though it was close to town, it also felt very private and secluded on top of the hill. A perfect getaway for a large family or group of friends.

Great stay in a great location.
We had a great time at the residence. The only hitch was that the water heater was turned off the day we arrived, and we didn’t know, so we had to find it and turn it on and wait for the hot water to come through so no one was able to shower the first night. Other than that, the place was great. I’d just ensure to let people know about that if that’s part of the process.

Great place at a great price
Great location 30 mins from Asheville. Near restaurants and grocery stores but still tucked away from the rest of the neighborhood at the top of a hill. Open layout of the downstairs area was a great design for spending time with family. We loved the wood stove while watching a movie. I will say my only complaint would be that the beds could use an upgrade. Pretty old/noisy and hard.

Cabin is nice. Wood burning stove awesome. Temps were in teens when we arrived. No problems with water until second night. Pump either went out or froze. No water last night if stay. Still had a great time and kids loved ping pong and pool table. Great amenities. Upstairs heat pumps may need some refrigerant. Property manager offered alternate cabins within 4 hrs. But not as nice. I would still rent again. Heat trace on well pump may be needed.

Great Healing Retreat
Beautiful setting. Rented for my husband's family for the weekend of his funeral. Perfect place for everyone to relax, remember their son/brother and tell stories about him. Helped our healing process.

Very nice house with secluded location. I would stay again if a few issue were addressed. Porch was not useable in the evening due to electrical issue and the fans on the main level did not work. Very hard to find the driveway. There was dog hair all over the main floor.

Good and bad
Overall we enjoyed our stay. The size was great, the kitchen well stocked, and the porch, fire pit, and game tables were nice. The beds need upgraded, very creaky and mattresses enrolled to middle. The bunk beds need tightened badly. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The master bath smelled of mildew from the unwashed bath mat and shower curtain. All showers had visible black mildew. Bed sheets were NOT changed prior to arrival. There were cobwebs on stairs, and the area rugs had not been vacuumed. If the cleaning issues were corrected and mattresses/beds fixed, then I would recommend for others.

Very Good Place for Family gathering
This very comfortable property is near the top of a private drive surrounded by woods with a great view. The drive up is a little tricky with a few serious potholes, but not too bad. Inside is as described in the photos and listing. The main living area is well suited for large gatherings with plenty of seating, large tables, and a fully stocked kitchen. Tile floors that look like wood are a nice touch and make clean up easy. Plenty of game and toys to keep everyone occupied. Ping pong and pool table need some repairs. Cornhole set was a big hit! Huge deck is great for gatherings and enjoying the outdoors/views. Really nice Weber gas grill for cooking large meals was a well needed. Remodeled baths are very nice. Bedrooms have plenty of room. Several TV remotes were not functioning and like other reviews several of the HVAC wall units were not working. Weather was moderate so we did not need them anyway, but should be fixed. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay and would rent this home again!

Nice property, hosts unavailable
While this house was a nice place to stay, we attempted to reach out to the hosts 3x without any return contact. There were minimal instructions about checkout and while the cooking tools were decently stocked in the kitchen, there were limited cleaning supplies and no oven mitts or kitchen towels available, which was disappointing as our party cooked a lot.
