lack of soundproofing is an issue
"The location is great and very convenient. However, the lack of soundproofing is an issue—you can hear every movement from the floor above. Improved soundproofing would make the stay much more comfortable."

My only criticism is the booking process guidelines are not clear and the online system needs improvement. It was not made clear that we would not receive the email with access instructions ..."
