Please note that top-ups or refills are not included during your stay. • Mid-stay service: For stays longer than 14 nights, we offer a complimentary mid-stay clean and linen change. • Bookings: We are unable to share details of our Hosting Holidays (Henley-on-Thames) direct booking site via third-party platforms. • Payment for direct bookings: If you’ve booked directly through Hosting Holidays, 50% of your payment is due upfront. The remaining 50% will be collected 5 days before check-in. • Longer stays: If you require a stay longer than what is currently shown as available, please contact Hosting Holidays Henley-on-Thames directly. • Henley Regatta bookings: All stays during Henley Regatta are non-refundable. • Pets: If a pet is brought to the property without prior notice or authorisation, a charge will be applied.
