“We were in the area for family weekend at OSU but due to overcrowding in Stillwater had no choice but to stay in Guthrie. We were very pleasantly surprised by the accommodations and charm of this little town. The apartment is in an excellent downtown location, there are shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the property owner and neighbors were extremely hospitable. The apartment is located above an art gallery and is a well kept, older residence (beware the stairs for anyone……
