“Staff was friendly. Room decor was miss mached amd fairly clean. Small bath and had to ask for toilet paper. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast could be improved with more drink options . Overall was ok for the price.”

“Staff was friendly and check-in was easy but much needed to be appreciated. No ice or ice bucket. No room telephone. No coffee or tea or cups. Parking lot was a war zone. Many pot holes and broken up concrete. ”

“It was clean and very quiet. The day star was very helpful. The evening staff could be a little more friendly when checking in. The breakfast was okay. I would’ve liked more hot food choices, but overall a good place to stay. I felt very safe. ”

“My daughter had a dance competition in Excelsior Springs that included late nights in early mornings. This was a perfect place for the two of us too spend the night. The loft was clean and we had everything we needed.”

“We were visiting for a family wedding in the area. There were six adults and two dogs. We really enjoyed the space of the property, all the natural areas, the cleanliness and it was well equipped for anything we needed. It was also a very quiet location. Our kids enjoyed the games in the garage on the day that it was raining. Our only issue was that the Internet was very spotty. Also, tall adults need to be careful about the headspace in the upper bedrooms. We will definitely stay here again……
