“We were in town for a show at nearby venue, location is very close to several really great food spots, Korean Thai Italian. This place is immaculate. Brightly and tastefully decorated. Comfy sheets and great shower. Tons of room for my husband and two teen boys. Steep steps up to the unit and also spiral staircase might be hard for people with mobility issues, otherwise perfect sty and host was very quick to respond when we asked to check in early. Which we did, 45 minutes early. Very happy……

“Highlight of this property is definitely the outdoor space! We greatly enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor seating, and fenced in yard.The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood minutes from Louisville. Garage space available for use. Towels, blankets, and dishes were well stocked. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property, especially for families and travelers with pets.”

“This property exceeded all our expectations. The views were spectacular and the comfort and space for 3 couples and a small dog were perfect. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Personally, I wouldn’t bother going down to the beach as the walk down was very treacherous and steep - I would drive 5 mins and enjoy Sargent Bay instead. The house is conveniently located closed to so many great hikes and beaches as well as shopping. We requested an early access and Heathers graciously……

“My friend/business partner and I were in town for GAMAExpo at KICC. The carriage house was wonderful. We each had our own queen bedroom and bathroom and there was even a 3rd bedroom we never used. The home was very clean, spacious, and even had a garage for us to use. Hosts were very communicative. Highly recommend!”

“This is a cute, walk up apartment which is really quiet even though it’s between two restaurants. There is also a Walgreens next door and there is a Kroger a 15-minute walk away through a cute neighborhood to grab coffee/food supplies. There are a large number of restaurants along the street. However, all but two are closed on Mondays (as far as we could tell). So if you plan to eat downtown or in Nulu do it on a Monday! I would certainly stay here again. ”
