Didn’t have the best experience…
number of issues from day 1, told we’d get some form of compensation but never did.
Smaller issues came up throughout the stay which just contributed to the poor experience.
Examples - water cut off two days in a row whilst mid shower, had to miss dinner reservations whilst waiting for it to be fixed, AC wasn’t working on day 1, had to ring multiple times to get someone to look at it, they weren’t entirely sure and said the ceiling fan would be enough which I pushed back on, miscommunication between staff - would agree something with one member of staff who wouldn’t pass it on so therefore I was having to call numerous times chasing things up or I would’ve ended up getting called and questioned (late checkout was agreed to a certain time, had a phone call twice during the time we were meant to have our room to ask us when we’re going)
