“This was exactly what we needed to decompress from a difficult year. Peace and quiet, solitude, beautiful views, and comfortable. Loved sitting on the deck with my coffee to watch the swans, ducks, and pelicans on the water. Would definitely stay again.”

“Top 3 things. VIEW!, shower presuure and king bed!! You can tell the owners are improving things on the inside. Flooring, ceiling, kitchen,bathroom are all remodeled. Basic needs are there as deacribed. VIEW is amazing! Outside does not look like it has been updated yet but as soon as you see the view you wont notice. Clear lake saw lots of fish jump, some geese, birds and chipmunks. quiet and friendly neighbors.Train is close by and it was harvest season so went by regularly. Good bar burgers……

Everything was so well stocked and we had everything we needed and more! The beds were comfortable towels galore and the place was super clean. The Town hall has a lot of history and Julie has done a great job of preserving pieces of it! Julie was responsive and a pleasure to work with. We are already planning our next trip! “My parents, my husband, son and I stayed at this farmhouse for two nights while we explored the area around Kensington where my parents grew up in the 1930's. The location is super beautiful and peaceful. We loved watching the birds feed, the deer, and all of the flowers and trees. The quiet was spectacular. We also saw sandhill cranes, trumpeter swans and other wildlife. The house was so clean and had everything we could want. The kitchen was so well stocked with dishes and other amenities.……
