“If you book this property make sure you don't leave anything valuable in the house when you leave and expect to get it back. My son left his brand new Iphone 15 thr during our stay for Thanksgiving and the property managers still have not returned it to us. “Perfect little house setup just to lay your head at night. Allowed us to venture out for the wedding we were in, travel to NY, and Ohio to see what is around within 3 hours. Quick response for when we needed help getting into the house. Very clean and comfortable. Only issue is it took us 15 minutes to find the house when we selected the address from Vrbo to Apple Maps it put us a street down. No big deal including when it’s not a property owner issue. “What a wonderful place! The only complaint was that it was a lot closer to the main road than we expected. We stayed inside most of the time so that wasn't a huge deal but it did make falling a sleep difficult for my husband and I. You could really hear the semi trucks. ”

“This place was perfect for our extended family gathering over Thanksgiving weekend. We had 12 adults and 7 kids (ages 1 month - 8 years). We had ample sleeping rooms for all of us, and the large dining area easily accommodated our crew. The living room with three large couches (we swiveled one from the fire place room around to the LR) was also a really nice gathering space. We used the game room lots. The kitchen was well equipped and we prepared and served a large dinner for the holiday. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The place was large enough for us to spend time together and to have personal space. Our host was extremely responsive to our communication and kind in her feedback. The s'mores fixings were a nice personal touch. “My family and 2 small dogs arrived to clean house. Since it was winter we had to turn the heat up. Had we given our arrival time the thermostat may have been turned up for us. It got very cold overnight but the house stayed warm. There was an issue with the water because of the cold. But Steven worked to get it fixed. We stayed in contact until it was resolved.
