“DO NOT book this property no matter how cheap the price. After checking in, the bathroom pipe burst spraying water all over. Cable TV, according to the manager, was not available because the receiver caught fire. No light switch for the overhead light. You have to turn the light bulb so you can sleep. Early in the morning the staff started making noise as if they have no guests. TERRIBLE place. STAY AWAY! ”

“Buildings are good and secure. Pool area is great. Apartment was good. The mouse or rat in the lobby was not good. Rental staff are excellent. Sales lady Barbara was also excellent.”

“It would have been perfect if parking is included in the rate. The description regarding walkable areas should be updated ie SM is not a 5 minute walk. It is a 5-10 Minutes DRIVE depending on traffic. ”
