“This house is awesome. We rented it for a short Memorial Day VayCay for our family. The 3 bedrooms with 3 king beds was the main reason we rented this place along with the private pool. We like to be as isolated as possible when we VayCay and this place fit the bill.* The pros: * Everything in the house is brand new.* Not on the main river, cuts down on the shenanigans of the locals and the river traffic.* Large kitchen, had almost everything you need to cook all your meals.* Private pool……

“A "Welcome" book would be an excellent addition. Things like explaining the use of golf course, pools, village town squares entertainment, local restaurants could be in the welcoming book. Towel "sets" would be nice.”

“Great house in a great location. Central location with easy access to Brownwood, Sumter and Sawgrass. House, pool and furniture are clean and comfortable. Communication with David was quick and effective. Would definitely stay here again.”

“It was very relaxing. Loved sitting out in the porches and listen to the wildlife at night. Great location on the river! I would recommend eating at Swampys restaurant just down the road. Also make time to explore the river via kayak or renting a boat just down the road. ”

“This has to be the most amazing VRBO I've ever stayed in. My family usually takes a 3-day weekend every summer together. We were blown away by the home, the property, the dock - EVERYTHING. All of our friends after seeing our pictures have requested the link to the property. My family has already said they are ready to book it for next years vacation. We loved it!!”

“Property was beyond clean and over the top stocked. Boat ramp was just down the street and the floating deck and outside deck area are all new and well kept. Car parking was covered. Dishes, pots, pans etc were in new condition and well stocked. If you want to walk in and catch up on rest a relaxation or go chase fish or scallops this is the place. Owner was easy to talk with and a fantastic host. We travel and rent often…10/10 rated.”
