“It's a beautiful place. We would have liked to have rented a pontoon boat but we were concerned about getting it in and our of Mason Creek. We highly recommend this property - we loved the screened in pool/outdoor kitchen right on the beautiful creek. Our family loved this place. ”

“Perfect, we've stayed at the Mermaid House before and are already planning a trip or two for next year. Chris, the host is quick and easy to communicate with. House is well appointed, pretty much everything you need for a stay. The pool is my favorite, listening to nature, floating with a cocktail, you can't beat it. The tiki bar is also amazing! Plenty of room, house is kept spotless and has beautiful finishes inside. ”

“We love this location and have stayed many times over the past five years. The house could use a little TLC, but the location is perfect. Also, the hydrilla can be an issue getting into the River. Thankfully, some fellas on the river cleared a path for us. The screened porch is fabulous as is the yard and dock. Don’t plan on grilling-various issues like no propane or the last users leaving it dirty have deterred us. We will continue to return. You should definitely go! I’m mentioning the issues……

“Beautiful home with everything needed to make it enjoyable. Very clean and organized with anything you need in the kitchen. The pool and hot tub were great and we enjoyed meals by the pool. The golf cart is perfect for getting around The Villages. We were traveling with 2 Mini Schnauzers and this was perfect. You would not know this place had ever had pets, it was so clean. Game room was fun for pool and table tennis. Very spacious and comfortable with 2 master bedrooms. We would……

“My wife and I stayed at Davis's house for a week and absolutely loved it . The house is beautiful , and the outdoor pool and lanai area was outstanding . We spent most of our time out here . Beautiful views of the golf course , and pond . Lots of wildlife , birds , racoon , and an alligator. The villages has so much to do , and David's house was close to everything . We highly recomend ”
