Bed was comfortable. Room clean (but rug dirty or needed to be replaced)..Breakfast was good ....cleaning staff were very sweet. We booked a one king bed room but we were given a room with two double beds and when we inquired they said they were totally booked and had to move things around. Parking spaces were very narrow. Two people in the next room we're having what sounded like a bad argument. We reported it and the main desk said they were aware but these two women were loud talkers...we had a good laugh about that.

My stay was comfortable and comforting given the emotional state that I was in—visiting town to see my dad, who suffered a medical emergency. Not only did Nina and the front desk staff show compassion and stellar customer service, they showed genuine humanity and care during a very difficult time. Their kindness made a huge difference, and I’m deeply grateful for the way they went above and beyond to support me.

If going to Reston, this hotel is very convenient. We walked into the main shopping district for dinner and shopping. It was a mile walk but great sidewalks and easy crosswalks to get across some of the busier side streets. The breakfast buffet was better than expected and when they ran out of items, they cooked up more. Bed was comfortable. I'd stay there again for half the price of the hotels right in the middle of Reston.

We were here for an event and stayed for 2 nights April 25-27,2025 and experienced the following: 1) the tv remote did not work 2) had to reset both door keys 3 times which was frustrating when you are tired and cannot get in at night. 3)room smell moldy and affected my husband asthma. Not sure if it has to do with the air conditioning being off when you checked into the room. 4) no food left for breakfast if you come after 8 am even though it is from 7-10 am. 5)no towel at night. Was told you have to wait until the next morning.
