“Second Wind is in need of a makeover. You can justify one or two things in need of attention but when it becomes a list that is another thing. Yes, it was clean. Yes, it is a good location. The house was minimally equipped with plastic and cracking kitchenware, lumpy mattresses, outdated decor, rusted and missing door stops, clogged sink, ceiling fan that sounded like a jet engine, broken window seal, rusty outdoor table…you get the idea. Management was responsive to needs but I hope the owner……
