Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mit erstklassigem All-inclusive. Hervorzuheben sind die Sushi und Champagner Bar, welche unser Herz erobert haben. Wir würden jederzeit zurück kommen. Nur der Strand war leider etwas enttäuschend, da er voller Steine war. Unbedingt Wasserschuhe mitnehmen und eine Taucherbrille da das schnorcheln sich hier lohnt.

Although we had a great stay at Mitsis selection Laguna when booking this I booked a bungalow sea view , i felt I was cheated on the room rate because we ended up with a garden view / children play area , and looked nothing like what was advertised on the website . We queried this at reception which we were offered another room but to another garden view so it wasn’t worth the upheaval of our belongings but the receptionist took a contact number if an upgrade became available he would call us. Never got a call . At the end of our holiday we learnt that another couple got a free upgrade to a bungalow sea view with Jazzi because they weren’t happy with their view either so I was really disappointed that the cost of garden view room rate is less than what we paid for . apart from this we can’t fault the hotel , all staff were lovely and attentive food and drinks were great too

Pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles
Très déçus. L'hôtel est référencé 5* mais il n'est pas à la hauteur dautres 5* au même prix. La chambre familiale est spacieuse mais vieillissante et d'un décor très "faux chic " tout comme le reste de l'hôtel. Le lavabo est vide, aucun savon pour les mains, petites serviettes pour les mains. Les volets sont des persiennes qui ne laissent aucune obscurité à la chambre. Les bâtiments d'extérieur sont jolis et typiques de la Crète. La salle de retaurant principal est immense et nous donne l'impression de manger à la cantine. L'hôtel est très bruyant en intérieur et la musique à la piscine... En point positif : le restaurant italien, très bon et les serveurs adorables et l'espace de la gande piscine non chauffée. Sinon, le personnel peut être souvent fermé et peu agréable.

Great hotel, with only small things to improve. Staff is always very nice and helpful. The whole place is quite spacious and you can choose from a rich quantity of bars/restaurants. Finding a free place at one of the pools can be tricky depending on timing. The beach bar is definitely smth special and one can only recommend. Beach itself is very rocky, beach shoes are recommended. Overall a great place.

We loved our stay at the Mitsis Laguna. The facilities are great and the food and drink options are fantastic. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. There was only one negative point which is that the hotel let people book the a la carte restaurants before they arrive (if you book direct), meaning that when we arrived, all of the restaurants were fully booked for dinner for our entire stay! I don't think this should be allowed as the hotel is making a poor first impression for guests as you feel like you can't enjoy the restaurants on site.

Mitsis Laguna is a stunning resort in a beautiful location, but what really makes this place is the staff. I want to start by saying a personal thank you to Domna at the theatre bar, who was the most kind compassionate and caring member of staff at any hotel I’ve ever come across. My wife injured herself and Domna gave her very prompt and excellent care, and was so kind and reassuring. For the rest of the holiday she took so much time checking in on us and making sure we were okay she also made such a fuss of our little girl, making her holiday extra special and giving her lots of love and attention which she loved. Another shout out also goes to Marina and Olga also at the theatre bar, two lovely kind humans who gave amazing service and helped make our holiday unforgettable. They were all so friendly and we looked forward to seeing them each day. All of the staff at the hotel were amazing with our baby and made her feel so happy and welcome. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, well maintained and easily accessible with plenty of ramps for pushchairs and wheelchair users. There is a selection of pools and sun lounger availability was never a problem. They’re lovely sun loungers and very comfortable too. We were very lucky to be given an upgrade to a family bungalow with an ocean view in block 9. The bedroom was beautiful and well appointed, with a Nespresso coffee machine and the best stocked minibar we’ve had, which was replenished daily. The cleaning of the room was do

A facility that truly leaves you speechless. The lobby and all the communal areas are meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail—it almost feels like being in Venice. The reception staff greets you flawlessly, and in general, the entire team went out of their way to pamper us throughout our stay. The room was lovely and cozy, carefully furnished. The only downside was the bathroom—while beautiful, it could use just a touch of maintenance. The courtesy set was extremely well-stocked. There was an extensive variety of food options, with several restaurants and bar areas. A noteworthy point: everyone was very attentive to lactose intolerance. J'ai passé de superbes vacances à l'hôtel mitsis laguna qui est magnifique. Le personnel est excellent. Et la cuisine excellente avec des soirées à thème , on a passé 10 jours là-bas en famille, je recommande cet hôtel
