“La chambre était très bien grande et confortable et le personnel était courtois et attentionné (très agréable). La douche était faible et j’avais du mal à la régler, mais comme mes nuits étaient courte cela ne m’a pas vraiment dérangé (a contrôler). Je suis rester un peu tard un matin et à mon retour le lendemain dans la nuit ma chambre n’était pas faite.”

“Es handelt sich um das Bildungszentrum der Commerzbank mit großzügigen Räumlichkeiten. Allerdings kommt kein echtes Hotel-Flair auf. Die Anlage ist weitläufig und sauber, die Zimmer waren hervorragend. Allerdings gibt es zum Abendessen lediglich ein Buffet für 36 Euro, was nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprach. Meiner Meinung nach sollte hier mehr Flexibilität geboten werden, beispielsweise mit einem separaten Salatbuffet für den kleinen Hunger. ”

“Bellboy 和服務生的態度都非常不好，他們聽見你叫他仍然會沒有反應。另外，我們的房間很像住在工人房。原因是道路太迂迴，不停往下層走，而我們的樓層是只有我們一個單位，而且往房間的通道大門是很像防煙門，完全離開正常的走廊房間。感覺非常不好”

“Not sure where to even start with this hotel, I travel extensively with work and finding accommodation where, as a solo female, traveller you feel safe is rare. I literally cannot fault this hotel. The staff were absolutely outstanding, room was the cleanest I have stayed in in a very long time. Food the restaurant was lovely, huge portions so three courses are a no- I can understand why it’s so popular with locals. A very nice touch was I had told them I had a very early flight and they kindly……
