"The location was great and being right at the pool was also great with having kids. Did not like that door 2 was not working with key cards so had to park by different door and walk around. Not a horrible thing just inconvenient. And the walls are so thin, I could hear someone in the shower next ..."

House has everything you might need and also is great for traveling with kids as it had good child-proofing amenities (gate, plug covers, even sleds!). 4th bedroom is actually a loft which we missed but still worked well for our group.
