“It’s a great location ”

“This place had great proximity to the interstate and was a really cute community. The residence was advertised as a tiny home, but it is basically a hotel room. There is no way to cook food. If I think I’m getting a tiny “home” I would assume that there would be a way to cook food (hot plate or something with a couple pots, utensils, cutlery. We were gone most of the day and when we returned, the house was freezing, despite the wall heaters being set at 72•. When we went to leave, we couldn’t……

“Great little cozy house ”

“The property is absolutely amazing with great river access. The kids fished we swam and rented jet skis and had a awesome time. There is a fire pit hot tub and a ton of grass with a nice patio for all family to enjoy. The inside was a little dated the bathtub is uncomfortable a long luxurious soak. But it works for small children. The beds and linen are on the cheaper side but they work to sleep in. I think the money you are paying is for the location on the river and it was well worth it we……

“The cottage is a super cute restored farm house. To see the history in this cottage is superb. The kitchen is well stocked and was extremely impressed with all the spices available! We didn't care for the AI property manager responses but the owners live right next door and are so super sweet! There was 7 of us and we had plenty of room. ”
