“The service apartment is spacious and tidy, facilities are in very good condition. They also provide a number of utensils and cutlery so that you can cook in the dining room. I appreciate their welcome drinks especially hot chocolate and tea bags are freely provided in the apartment. The carpark will be a bit spooky, but it only cost about 15 pound for 24 hours and the security would be comparatively better than on-sheet parking or outside carpark. “This property is located in a perfect spot for catching the Salford Central train or walking across the river to downtown Manchester. I took a different route every day and saw so many things. The wifi was excellent and I felt totally safe and comfortable. Very comfortable bed too! I messaged the property managers a couple of times with random questions, and they responded immediately. It was a breeze.”

I was told the main door to the apartment building required a key code but when we arrived the door was damaged and was just open to anyone. The apartment is in a busy area with lots of bars and restaurants and people hanging round on the streets. I asked for the bed to be made up but when we arrived it wasn’t. We found a quilt and pillows in a cupboard along with a lot of bin bags and clutter and……

“Very comfortable and spacious. Needs a bit of maintenance like the toilet where the cistern is faulty and the water continously keep running. The door handles for the main door are loose and almost dropping off plus a few more minor faults. ”
