“We did enjoy are stay. The setting is private & peaceful. It would have been perfect except for a few things. There were no reviews when we booked as it was a new listing. There were some important truths missing from the listing at the time. Hopefully it has since been updated so others will know what they are in for & can make a more informed choice. Things to know: there is no electricity. The lights in the pictures are from solar panels; there is a very cool outdoor shower but it is cold……

“This was a wonderful place to stay! The house is very clean and comfortable. The view is beautiful. It was quiet and peaceful while we were there (midweek in April). We all loved using the kayaks to explore the lake, and our kids especially enjoyed the fishing equipment. One of the neighbors was so kind and came over to teach us how to fish. We were so grateful, because we had tried many times before this trip without success. Now that our kids caught several fish each day we were there, they……
