HIGGINS LAKE: Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom custom Chalet 5 minute walk to the lake with road end access to dock. Over 1,800 sq. feet and features a new modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cabinets, ceramic tile floors, large open concept with spacious bedrooms. Newly finished garage with TV, dining table, ceiling fan, propane heater. Office/den off the living room. Attached 3 season glass porch perfect for entertaining and enjoying the outdoors. Upstairs loft to be used as a 4th bedroom. Large wooded corner lot. A lot of room for an amazing Higgins Lake vacation! Higgins Lake has been voted one of the most beautiful in the world!

The property was very clean. Beds were comfortable. We espically enjoyed the open floor plan.
The lake is spectacular. We never used the road end Lake access, but used a beach near Family. The House was as described. Two double beds downstairs and 4 singles upstairs. Perfect for family R&R. Great owner response to queries. Highly recommend.

Great cottage near Higgins Lake
We really enjoyed our stay at this Higgins Lake with 3 couples and kids, very open and roomy with plenty of room for 10 and well appointed with lots of extras to make it feel like home. Lots of trees and quiet area, nice size yard for a fire and yard games. The one window AC unit was good for the whole week of the 4th . The dock is across the street on Birch, ideal for hanging out in the shallow sandy area or getting in and out of the boat. Thanks again for a great week!
