After booking and paying through Wotif, I then needed to submit a photo of my license and credit card online to a third party before check-in info would be released (half an hour before 3pm on the day). I was also bombarded with around 7-8 emails about the booking and several texts. So extreme for what should have been a simple stay in basic accommodation.”
