“Loved our stay”

“House was amazing, pretty clean, confortable, beautiful. But, one of ensuites hadn’t toilet door (door was missing). Communication with property manager to get the keys was so poor. House is amazing, I recommend.”

“House is well appointed, heater, air conditioned, big yard for dogs, nice kitchen, short walk to the heart of town. Has wifi and Foxtel if you want to just chill. Front yard is big enough for a boat and easy to load and offload into the boat from the verandah. lExcellent place to stay. ”

“Although the cabin itself was clean, tidy, quiet and as described, the booking regime was over the top for a one night stay. After booking and paying through Wotif, I then needed to submit a photo of my license and credit card online to a third party before check-in info would be released (half an hour before 3pm on the day). I was also bombarded with around 7-8 emails about the booking and several texts. So extreme for what should have been a simple stay in basic accommodation.”

“The greats: Staff was friendly and welcoming! There’s complimentary shuttle from/to the ATS. The heated jet tub and pool relaxes your body after a day on the slopes. Food was good. Room was clean and warm. Located near the village. The only bad: Soundproofing was rather bad. I could hear conversations and footsteps happening outside the room... But overall, a very lovely stay!!”

“The free breakfast had alot of out of date foods. No clean bowls or cups. But apart from that everything else was fine ”

“Great view over the Summit slopes. Lovely renovated room. The meals were excellent. Almost all staff were very friendly, even the foreign staff who were trying hard with their English. Negatives...the stairs! We were on the 5th floor from the entrance, which was a big ask for 60+ year old guests, especially after skiing. We had help with our suitcases though, which was great. Very strong young men very ably sprinted up and down the stairs with them. The water pressure was just a dribble in the……

“Emma was a great manager. The property rooms and bathrooms were really tidy. We loved our stay and will be back for sure. It’s a nice spacious lodge with a big fireplace and a fantastic kitchen. Lovely to chat to other guests as well. ”
