“I arrived early at 9:00am in a cold morning. The reception warmly welcome me and gave me my room right away at no extra cost. I wanted a electrical kettle (which is not provided in the room), again the reception arranged for me in just 10 min. The customer service is surprisedly good.”

“Dolder Grand is in a really nice district but has a tradeoff that it is not so convenient for public transport especially after 11:30pm when the cable car to Dolder Grand stops working. The hotel has a very modern interior and the view from the room is magnificent as it is overlooking the whole Zurich. The service is really great and the staff are very helpful. Overall, if you want to experience a luxurious hotel experience in Zurich, Dolder Grand is your choice”
