"Very clean and affordable. Recently build, almost new . Good service . Good distance from lake arrowhead and big bear . We Enjoyed our stay with our dog , who have trouble adapting to sleep at a hotel in a while the first night , but they didn’t complaint about it. Thanks for the patience ."

"We attended an event at the theatre, and ate a delicious dinner at the Pines Steakhouse, so we wanted to stay on property. The rooms are nice, but they’re really overpriced for the quality and size. We would travel there more often if the rooms were reasonably priced, since we also spending $$$$ ..."

"Got it the hotel, and they said they couldn’t find the reservation. Had to wait up to 30 minutes to check in while it’s 1am, very frustrating experience. Room was clean though, just terrible front desk."
