Amazing RIVERFRONT Cabin.

You will love this custom-built riverfront home in the Smoky Mountains that is centrally located and convenient to Franklin, Highlands, and all Western North Carolina and Tennessee area attractions. 

In the summer,  Enjoy wading, swimming, fishing for Trout, bring your tube to float down the river, or just sit and relax and let the sound of the river take all of your stress away!  

Enjoy views of the river from the oversized deck where you can sip your morning coffee or host dinner grilling out. Or snuggle up by the fireplace inside while enjoying the views from the wall of windows. Great for a  family gathering around the fire pit or an intimate romantic retreat.

Sleeps up to six with 2 bedrooms on the main level, with ensuite baths and a queen-sized bed in the loft.
There is a very well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Laundry room, 2 big-screen smart TVs with satellite, high-speed internet, & cell service with both Verizon and AT&T.

The loft with the queen-sized bed also has a game table that can be used for poker or bumper pool.

Easy access just off a state-maintained paved road, and Just a short drive to the many waterfalls, the Appalachian Trail, and many other favorite hiking spots, and just minutes to Downtown Franklin or Highlands, for shopping, or enjoying a craft beer at the many local breweries and resturants. Plus, it's an easy drive to Cherokee, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. There is so much to do that you will not have time to do it all, or just relax here with the peace and quiet in your home away from home.

The property has one exterior camera placed under the porch looking out at the parking area. This video footage is not shared and in no way infringes upon the guest expectation of privacy in this public area of the property. There are no other cameras on the property.

This was one of the cleanest short term rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Inside and out, the place was very clean. The owners provide several games and activities, including a game table and bumper pool, that the kids loved. It has a great view and backyard access to the Cullasaja River. It is located halfway between Franklin and Highlands, and is within just a few miles of multiple, easy-access waterfalls.

Perfect location between Franklin NC and Highlands NC. Cabin has everything you need for a peaceful relaxing getaway but close enough to restaurants, shopping, hiking and more. We hope to get back in 2025.

Lovely cabin on the creek! We were very pleased with the layout of the home, worked well for our group of four adults. This home has a fabulous deck overlooking the creek with plenty of seating, wonderful location for our morning coffee. The location is right in between the towns of Franklin and Highlands, both worth a visit!

What an amazing cabin!! Everything about it was perfection!! The kids loved playing in the river (even though it was freezing) running around the yard playing hide and seek and tag! The fire pit near the river was so nice in the evening to relax and do S'mores!! Early morning on the deck with a hot drink and a book had to be my favorite!! Loved the connivence to all the Falls, Highlands and downtown FrankLin!! Can't wait to come back!!

If I could sum up this cabin with one word it would be PERFECTION! There are so many great things about this place that I could make this review a novel. We enjoyed sitting outside on the back deck and listening to the sounds of the river. It was so peaceful. The kids slept in the loft and had plenty of room. The whole house was well equipped with everything we needed. We used the fire pit every night and made smores. Day trips to Franklin, Highlands and Cashiers were another highlight. The views at Wayah Bald were nothing short of breathtaking... A must visit when staying in Franklin.

This was the most relaxing vacation my family and I have had in a long time! We enjoyed the feeling of being remote, while enjoying the convenience of restaurants and shops nearby. The peace and quiet was amazing! This home is immaculate - never found not one speck of dust! It has comfortable furniture, top-rate mattresses, fully stocked kitchen, awesome deck to sit and enjoy the sounds of the river and neighborly geese! Also, we met some very nice locals in the shops on Main St. who made our visit all the more enjoyable. It was a great way to celebrate my father's 76th birthday! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and little slice of heaven on earth.

This place is so nice and relaxing we spent a lot of time there Our third or fourth visit to this house. We really appreciate the owners sharing. It’s close to Franklin and close (as the crow flies) to Highland. Plenty of great restaurants in the area but we like this house so much we just BBQ at the house most nights. It is also close to a couple good grocery stores. Looking forward to another stay soon!

The cabin was wonderful, very clean and looked like new. Very well maintained. True to pictures. We really enjoyed having the river view and access. Even with neighbors across it felt very private. Great area to be in, with lots of hiking trails and waterfalls nearby. Would 100% recommend!
