This Rent In Highlands vacation rental home has a strict NO PET policy. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $1000.00 fine.

Only adults (25 years old and older) may reserve this property and an adult must occupy the property at all times.

This contemporary cabin is a tastefully renovated, single-level home located on Historic Satulah Mountain, just one block off South 4th Street in downtown Highlands, NC. The unique architectural shape and ranch-style floor plan offer a cozy and functional layout. The home features two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and walk-in shower, making it ideal for one or two couples. The open living spaces and thoughtfully designed interior create a comfortable flow throughout the home.

Outdoor Spaces:
This home features a charming uncovered front porch, thoughtfully furnished with seating and surrounded by lush greenery—an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee, unwind with a good book, or simply take in the peaceful mountain atmosphere.

Rent In Highlands Vacation Rental Cancellation Policy

Policy (A)  for reservations less than 20 days:
A reservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund. If more than 45 days notice is given, the renter shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.

Policy (B) for reservations of 20 days or more and reservations made 6 months in advance:
NO refund is given unless the property is re-rented under the same terms (Trip insurance is available and recommended to help protect your trip).

So good we are going back this month!

This rental is within walking distance of Main Street, groceries, shopping and restaurants. It is also on one of the main hiking trails. The gas fireplace was lovely. Two bedrooms and 2 baths. Smallish kitchen but it was just what we needed! We are going back in June! That says it all.

Thanksgiving get away!

This charming cottage is right in the heart of an upscale neighborhood one block from shops and restaurants. It’s very quiet and a great starting point to see all of the beautiful scenery and waterfalls in Highlands. Grocery store is close by and the property managers were awesome! I would definitely stay here again. So cute!

Ideal location

Perfect location to walk into town, adorable house in a really cute and nice neighborhood. Friendly neighbors as well. We were close to all the happenings of downtown and close to many hikes and waterfalls. Would definitely come back!

Great Spot

This was the perfect spot for me and my wife. It's close to town so you can walk everywhere. Very clean. Very nicely decorated. It was just outstanding and I'd highly recommend it, especially if you like to leave the car in the driveway!
