A king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a bunk room with two bunk bed sets and an ensuite are also located on this level. The lower level deck offers easy access to the family fire pit in the yard.

Downstairs, a covered deck is accessible from the hallway, offering additional seating and a relaxing hot tub.
