“The trip itself was a great stay! Westgate was a perfect area, with great staff. The room was so nice, truly a perfect location. I have no complaints about the place itself but in the comfort/safety level I was a bit frustrated due to the baseball team of unruly pre teen/teen boys that was there with little to no supervision, they took over the pool which made us uncomfortable due to the fact my son and his cousin were not great swimmers, the boys were jumping off the fountain area with……

“I did not receive any info from the host after booking. I had to reach out to them hours before our arrival to make sure we were set. We were supposed to be able to check-in at 4pm; we arrived at the front desk at 3:50pm to fill out the forms and scan my ID. I was told our condo was not ready and they would call me when it was available---no call. We went in again at 4:45pm and were told they forgot to call us. The "condo" is actually an old motel they "renovated" into a "resort." Those are all……

“We would definitely stay in Bldg 7, unit 102 ABC again! Only problem was that none of the ice makers in the unit worked. Otherwise. The units were as described. I was less than satisfied with the property office. Not accepting US Dollars is unacceptable as it is America's legal tender!! Even the restaurant didnt accept it.
