“This unique spot is lovely. It was just perfect for our little family. We came to visit several schools with our daughter and check out the area. This precious house is just a few short blocks from downtown--so we could walk and explore. Then next day we ventured to the beach--it was just a short 15 minute drive. UNC Wilmington is also only 10 minutes away. We loved visiting, and this was the perfect house to stay in for us! ”

“Quiet, nice neighborhood. Three minute walk to the beach. The hosts were responsive. Cleanliness wasn’t top tier, but it wasn’t unhygienic. The location and price make this a five star choice for the area. Their staff was communicative. Appliances are working. Shower is tight but that hot water is fiiine. It’s a ground floor unit in a beach area so you will encounter bugs, maybe even a roach. I saw two bugs, but neither of them were primary disease carries. Just wash your dishes and you’ll be……
