“There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again”

“It was a very pleasant stay. The grounds and room were very clean, and the staff was courteous and helpful. We definitely consider going back to the hotel. Its location is great - waterfront with walking distance to many restaurants and entertainment. The restaurant's food is also good. ”

“Terrible hard push to sell Timeshare. Felt like a hostage situation , multiple calls. Ended up steering clear of the concierge and avoiding the welcome breakfast losing $40 because we didn’t show. Not too bothered about the $40 loss in place of avoided hearse sale tactics. Terrible to be bombarded and forced in to listening to timeshare pitch before even getting to our room or been given the keys . Only escorted to the room once we had listened to the initial Sales pitch. I do not recommend this……

“I would have given 5 stars except for no WiFi in rooms. Each room has a cable box which turned out to be its own WiFi router with password in the router. Even so, signal was really bad. There is “passable” WiFi in common areas (8-20mbps). Besides this, location, amazing. Room, amazing. Staff, amazing. ”

“The hotel room view very nice ,u can hear the natural voice~ sea and bird. The restaurant also good , can try the mexico food ,and the staff very friendly to recommend the food & good service. One more, i should thank you the recepcion men~Fernando Rodriguez again in here. Autully i only stay one night at this hotel, and other 3day i stay at other hotel, and my fd leave the iphone charge in the room, he is a good guy. He was send the charge to our hotel by himself. Thanks so much.”
