“This apartment was probably one of the most run-down, dirtiest rentals I have ever stayed in. The sheets were cheap (stained), and the bathroom was messy, with toothpaste all over the sink, mirror, and walls. “The property was exactly as advertised. Down stairs 2 bedroom basement unit. The biggest bonus was the yard, play set, water features, and a gazebo which made the stay perfect.
