“We were a group of 10 adults from several states (some friends, some family) celebrating a milestone birthday. Brian’s house fit the bill perfectly for our group. While we stayed during winter, we enjoyed the great views across the frozen lake and many of the great activities at the house (pool, ping pong, Nintendo) We spent much of our time cooking together and just visiting with each other. The kitchen was nicely stocked and there was the perfect amount of room for our group to dine……

Check-in, parking, and getting settled were a breeze. Everything in the condo is as pictured and all necessities are at your fingertips. We loved the ease of use of the fireplace, spent a lot of time sitting around the table playing games, and the kitchen had everything we needed for easy breakfast and lunch……

“Overall, I thought the property was excellent, and the property was chosen for an SNHU commencement weekend. It was clear the property was recently renovated, and the downstairs sitting area provided the most space since the weather was rainy and windy. Despite clear instructions on the heating units, it was a little tricky to get the heat running but once we did the bedrooms seemed to be 5 plus degrees hotter than the common sitting areas.
