“A group of high school friends rented this property for a long weekend. The location is perfect - near Crosby - and there are lots to do in the area. Golfing, biking & water activities. The property itself is somewhat outdated but it was VERY spacious for our group of 4 couples. With 7 bedrooms everyone got to pick. The kitchen could use a bit more serving pieces and one suggestion would be to label the outside of the drawers/cabinets to help find everything needed faster given the size of the……

“The home was easy to find and had a beautiful view of the lake. Jeremy was prompt in answering our questions. We were even able to listen to a wonderful band on Saturday night. I would highly recommend staying here.”

“Overall: House is very clean and nice/newish. Location is great, close to town but very private. Quiet lake. House is modern and nicely laid out. Thankful for the little treats on the table :-) Pros: Loved the sitting room with wonderful view, like you are right on the water. Deck was great for morning coffee. Bedroom was great, Handy separate patio entry for letting dogs out away from guests in other house. Good size bathroom. We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend here but, were……

“Our stay at this property was exceptional. We had a tornado warning with strong winds and rains. A tree went down into a neighbors property. The owners were professional and diligent cleaning it up. They communicated the issue and rectified it within hours. All our needs were met from a rental aspect. Little courtesies we’re extended like shampoo and conditioner. Every and I mean every need we could have had was met(fully furnished rooms down to nightlights were provided for, silverware to board……

“Ive stayed in a few houses and this one wasnt much different except all the extras she had! From dog toys and coffee to bath bombs and snacks...it was so generous (even though i didnt use most of it, i did enjoy the chocolate!)”

“Our family - mom, dad, teen - really enjoyed your stay at Eagle Sands. We went kayaking, swimming, exploring, and hiking around the area. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. I saw eagles, hummingbirds, butterflies, and even pelicans!”
