“Amazing location in Durham, walkable and pretty. Neighborhood is a mix of places. This property is adequate but could be so so much cuter with a little more care. Linens outdated and kitchen pretty bare. Still, comfortable enough and happily took our dog. Heavy use of air fresheners that felt suffocating upon arrival but we aired the place out. All in all a good stay. ”

“The property had abundant street parking and parking behind building close by. The bed in the master bedroom was so confortable! I was able to have a relaxing few days at this beutiful rental while being close by to Duke and Downtown Durham.”

“This a cute little duplex that was perfect for my stay near Duke university hospital. I was there for several weeks and had great communication with the host/owner. There were a few issues that got resolved immediately and even had a few extensions that were handled with ease. The neighborhood is a mix of incomes, generations, and ethnic backgrounds but i always felt safe and absolutley no trouble of any kind. It even has a small back yard if you want the space. One bedroom and no pull out sofa……
