“Stayed for the weekend- parked the car and could walk to everything- perfect. Host was super responsive and the place was super clean!”

“Everything was as described, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The house was perfect for my husband, two young children (ages 5 and 2), and our dog. It was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and thoughtful amenities like white noise machines, a child door/stair gate, toys, and a high chair were provided. Traveling with kids and getting out the door can be hard, so having a kitchen to make breakfast and brew coffee every morning was so convenient. Though we didn’t……

We were greeted with snacks in the refrigerator, fresh fruit on the counter and milk already there for the morning coffee.It is within walking distance of all the things you want to see in Annapolis, restaurants, maritime museum, the Naval Academy and shopping.Highly recommend, you wont go wrong.”

“Everything was as expected, although the loveliness of neighborhood was a bit of a surprise. The accommodations are very private-- I don't recall hearing a single sound from the house the hosts live in. All in all, a great stay, and just minutes from downtown Annapolis.”

“I came to North Beach for a friend’s wedding near by. The Guest Quarters was a cute place and very welcoming. The instructions provided were clear and easy to enter into the building and room. The location is in a great spot - easy walk to the cute shops and to the beach. I would stay there again! ”

Property manager is quick to respond to communication, and was extremely helpful returning a lost item. The property is very nicely updated and was extremely comfortable. It had absolutely everything we needed in the perfect spot!”
