Moldy smell in rooms with at best 1 star property. First room was so bad the eyes were hurting from the moldy smell. Managed to give me another room which was almost as bad for moldy smell. Water dipped in the walls, awful hotel for a beautiful Hilton Head Island!

This hotel is very centrally located, walkable to the beach, easy to get around too many of the plantations where we were playing in a state tennis tournament. The place was spotless, the breakfast was perfect for our needs. Coffee was available 24 seven the staff were a delight, my husband and I are early birds and we spoke with a lovely young man named Roshan who gave us recommendations for the local sites and food recommendations. Reasonable, great hidden gem!

The property was cozy and quiet; rooms were spacious and clean with lots of storage. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I left an item in my room and they found it, saved it and sent it back to me quickly and efficiently.

We arrived late with several special needs and Kishawn at the reception was VERY helpful, kind,courteous and took care of all the questions that we had and went out of her way to make me feel assured my special requests were met. The breakfast was fresh with lots of options and changed daily. Great coffee, comfortable modern, quiet room. Only thing I'd change is lack of microwaves in rooms.definitely stay here the next visit to HHI A+++ gorgeous pool and newly renovated. great ice machine and more!!!

I really enjoyed myself there. I liked the idea that I could walk to the beach. I very much liked that I was able to bring my elder dog, Baker with me and enjoy his company. I liked that there were so many restaurants to choose from in getting lunch or dinner to go. The room was clean & the bathroom so big. Thank you Hilton for always having hotels that I feel safe, easy parking, clean rooms and friendly staff at each hotel that I have stayed in. In my next travels I will be staying at a Hilton hotel facility.

It was a big inconvenience of not having a coffee maker or microwave in the room. I had to go in the lobby with pajamas on to get coffee in the morning and to heat my food late at night.

The location is decent. Like a 4 min drive to the public access to the beach. I forget what the beach is called but there is alot of free parking. The rooms are very normal hotel rooms, nothing special, the room was clean at least. The breakfast is very lackluster with only things like coffee, cereal, bagels & muffins. No actual hot food. The building must be very old, the elevator is super slow even to get to the next floor. So i took the stairs alot & they arent very pleasant either. Getting to & from your room just feels very inconvenient. All in all, wasnt bad, wasnt the best either.

Beautiful renovation of pretty run down rooms when Best Western owned. Hilton has done a nice job of fixing place up with very thought out space and design. Little far from beach but thats reflected in price. Would stay again

This is pretty close to ocean, rooms are nice and updated. The breakfast could be better only bagels, oatmeal, cereal which is hard to eat everyday. I also wish they had microwaves and a bigger fridge they have room for it. Other than that it was good.

The front desk was very thoughtful and helpful when we had a terrible time trying to get an uber from the hotel to Savannah. The hotel has a shuttle into the dining and shopping area but stops at 7 pm which is pretty inconvenient.
