When we arrived to our room #412 a very musky unpleasant smell greeted us in the room. I immediately notified hotel staff to request a different room. The hotel clerk advised no other rooms are available. He stopped at the room and changed the AC filter and sprayed smell eliminator. This did not resolve the issue. Throughout our stay our clothing, bedding and even the toilet paper became damp. With this issue, tissues and toilet paper had a funny smell. We ended up buying cleaning supplies, tissues and room deodorizer.
Another point choosing your hotel was the pool which was closed throughout our whole stay.
