We heard dogs barking. Guests were able to bring their pets. Before we checked out, a staff member came into our room presumably to begin cleaning it...we walked in on her...she apologized profusely but it was weird to experience this.

Perfect spot for our mini trip to Hilton Head. Conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Parking was plentiful and we felt very safe.

Loved our room. Only thing I didn’t love was service at the front desk. Checked in very late but had no directions for how to access our room. One elevator nearest the door did not work. Had to go to the other end of hall and take a second elevator. Needed a map and directions to get to room. Not sure if elevator is always down or just happened not to work that night.

The hotel on the outside looks very outdated and run down, when you enter the building there is an old “nursing home” smell. The walls and ceilings inside the room still have that old popcorn texture so it still has that outdated feel, however the furniture appliances and bathroom are updated nicely and very clean. The check-in staff was very not welcoming, but avoided eye-contact, demanding and not pleasant. After check in a lady stopped us and was trying to get us to sign up to come to some 1-hour presentation which was pretty annoying. I mean come on… you verbalized that we seemed rushed because we are only staying for 1 night… but you continue to hold us back and trying to get us to waste even more time to listen to come presentation… if you see that guests are not interested, just let them go. The breakfast was not good at all. Eggs taste like plastic, coffee is watered down. I was thankful for at least descent biscuits, pancakes and apples. The ladies hosting breakfast were very pleasant, and checkout was fast and simple, thank you! Overall the clean room made it worth the stay but there’s a lot this hotel needs to work on.

Nice location. Our loft room was very nice and clean. Had dishes, silverware for 4, along with pots and pans. Pool area was nice. Breakfast was good with a variety of items to choose from. I was not really happy with the front desk staff. I called to ask a question before arriving and they were short with me. When I arrived i didn't feel really welcomed. I was checked in and given info needed, but again had a question and they were very short. I may go back again, but hopefully check in staff is a bit friendlier.

Room was nice beds not comfortable at all. Asked cleaning lady for towels and got no response. Only stayed two days and needed new towels for showers. Breakfast very average at best. Eggs like rubber. I’d say only thing good was the location. I probably wouldn’t stay there again

Hotel should work with 3rd party booking agencies to be able to provide a military discount to those deserving, like other hotels along the east coast. Limited transportation options and too far from local amenities.
