No, we do this for a hobby somewhat of a living. We are a travel influence company. I gave the front desk faulty names because I do not even think they deserve to even know our social media handles i.e accounts. We will be telling our followers at over 2.7 million how horrendous this “resort” was to not only us, but other guests! I paid for a ocean view/partial ocean view whatever that means, and once I got to go tell the front desk attendant told us we would be upgraded, which was awesome, not needed, but awesome. Once we got to the room, we went out to the balcony, and all we heard was beeping and drills, and our view was construction and chaos at this ugly pool. That’s an upgrade? Strange. Once I told them about many other issues, they only gave me a partial refund and two drink vouchers. This place should be shut down until we get their act together a partial refund. What a joke if I don’t get a full refund after this review, then I will be going to the social media channels that we own.
