You will not be disappointed in this nicely renovated top floor villa close to the elevator with decorator colors and coastal feel, 1 Bedroom, 1 full Bath with room for 4 adults and 2 children.

Updated Villa with a Queen bed, Sofa sleeper in living room and a set of bunks in open area of bedroom which is perfect for children. Quick 1 minute walk to beach and largest beach pool on Hilton Head. The elevator is close by for easy access. The villa has rustic beach LVP hardwoods and tiled floor in the bathroom. Updated kitchen with granite countertop, stove, microwave, full size refrigerator and dishwasher, This vacation villa has everything you would expect to get in a vacation rental with a fully stocked kitchen and bed & bath linens included. Ride bikes on the beach or the miles of bike trails around Hilton Head Island.
This Ocean Villa offer quick access to beach, pools, beach bar, tennis courts, restaurants, and workout center. You are only 1 minute to beach and largest freshwater pool on island including children's; pool.
The resort has a beach/pool bar and cafe and 2 other restaurants at the resort. There are wide beaches, 8 lighted tennis and 6 pickleball courts, and conference center. The Resort is ideal for a destination wedding or family reunion. Come and stay on Hilton Head Island and you will discover why it is a top vacation destination.

Clean, comfortable...needs some updating.

The unit is located in an older property. It was quite clean & comfortable. Communication with the management company was prompt. It should be noted that the bedroom has streaming, but no cable service. Living room furniture needs updating. A teapot would be nice.fufurnitureneeds updating

Great stay for 2 people

We enjoyed our stay at our Top Floor Villa with Ocean View. The condo was very clean and equipped as described in info. We were a bit further from beach and pool than we expected to be. Property grounds were clean and well kept. We had an issue with the television on first evening at condo. Sissy and Scott were very helpful and assisted us as quickly as they were able to do so. The condo is good for a couple, or a family with 2 or less small children. Overall our experience was a great time for a few days away.

Great place

Awesome condo, short walk to the ocean and large pool. Only negative, is it is listed to sleep 6. It will sleep six but it would be tight with not much to mobe around. There is only 1 actual bedroom. The bunkbeds are in the hallway and the sleeping area is the pull out couch in the living room. It was great for just me and my husband. Very quiet. Great staff and security is awesome. We ate several meals on site. Owners very quick to reply to questions.check in processvery easy.

Nice Stay!

Overall, we had a nice experience at this rental! The space isn’t huge but it was a good size for 2 people. We enjoyed being able to see the ocean from the balcony and the short walk to the beach. The beach was very pretty and clean. We liked the location - right on the beach and close to most everything you’d want to do on the island. We also enjoyed having a full kitchen to make meals when we didn’t feel like eating out. The fan in the bedroom didn’t work when we arrived but it was promptly fixed once I let the host know. Our biggest con was the WiFi doesn’t work very well in the bedroom so it was difficult to use our phones in the bedroom and impossible to stream things on the bedroom tv. The WiFi worked well in the living room though. We enjoyed our stay and loved the island overall!

Trip with Wife.

Enjoyed a trip without kids with the wife. The place was as described. It provided everything needed for a stay at the beach. We really enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony. The place was clean, with nice appliances and furniture. It was easy to access the unit on the 3rd floor. It was a very short walk and to access the pool and get to the beach. The pool was very big and nice. We didn’t take advantage of it, but there are a few restaurants that are available for food and drinks on the property. This unit is the perfect size for couples, but there are small bunk beds for kids in the hallway and the couch pulls out into a bed too. I would recommend this place and will look at staying again at some point.

Condo review

Had a great stay, place was clean and had basic necessities. Beds were comfortable and kids slept well in the bunk beds (ages 9and 11). Loved how close the pool and beach were. handy that beach chairs and cooler bag were provided. Communication was promt and they were easy to work with. Would go here again.

Perfect for two

The property was very clean and as described. Perfect little place for two people but wouldn't recommend for more due to the smallness of the condo. Great view of the ocean and sunrise from the balcony. Just walk down the boardwalk and you are on the beach. Great communication from the host. Nicely stocked kitchen. Reasonably priced for 4 days and 3 nights. A great little get away for Valentine's weekend!
