“It's the worst experience in Japan ever!! There is no staffs or check in reception. We reached there in the evening.It's dark and super cold. As I have never received the door password from this accommodation RAKUTEN STAY VILLA or Expedia, so we felt helpless at outdoor under strong wind. "姬路站對面就是飯店，交通便利程度沒有話說而且房間內備有膠囊咖啡、女性盥洗用品還包含面膜、身體乳液等等，吹風機看起來也很高級，是女性入住會很滿意的飯店。因為入住房型為俱樂部方案，所以包含了可免費享用15樓的吧台，飲品類暢飲及少許水果小點，而且是連退房後當天仍可使用（需於退房時櫃檯提供的憑證入內）飯店人員服務都超級好，非常推薦作為姬路旅遊的下榻地。"
