At the rear of the home is a very spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area with fabulous views of the river.
The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, electric cooktop, extra-large oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and separate pantry. Dine at the beautiful table that will seat ten people, all the while having views across the river. As with the front TV room the rear area has an elegant modular lounge suite and TV by the full glass windows and doors leading to the newly landscaped yard and water’s edge.
Bedroom one is at the rear of the home overlooking the river. It includes a queen bed, large walk in robe and a very spacious ensuite with double basins, shower and toilet.
Bedroom two is spacious and includes a queen bed, built in robe and has an ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity.
Bedroom three is also large and has a queen bed, built in robe and an ensuite with toilet, shower and vanity.
Bedroom four is large and has two king single beds and built in robes.
