Unfortunately, despite some positive reviews we read before booking, our stay was not pleasant. The hotel room had a lot of bugs crawling around it and there were flies of all sizes flying around the room and coming out of the sink. The outside carpets of the hotel were also very much so stained and smelled. The location was good though with lots of food options around and stores.

This is NOT as pictured! Honestly they should be reported to Wyndham corporate for their lack of transparency with what is pictured and what is actually what the hotel looks like. Dirty floors and garbage behind the nightstand. Garbage in the parking lot outside the room. This has doors to the parking lot instead of indoors. Even the front door to the front desk doesn’t have a handle. Not sure I will use Expedia or Wyndham after this again.

Where to start - room was small despite having two queen beds and furniture was shabby. Bathroom was so small that the wash basin was in the bedroom and you had to close the bathroom door before you could turn around in the bathroom. Very dated and took ages for the hot water to come through. Basic amenities and housekeeping only on request so no coffee pods on the second day. Complimentary breakfast was a farce. Dining area was so small that there was no room to sit and eat so we had to go out and buy breakfast elsewhere. Staff were unapologetic about this and just shrugged their shoulders. Definitely would not recommend and certainly not worth the cost.

Title: Unsafe, Unsanitary, and Misleading – Avoid Review: I booked the Baymont by Wyndham Inn in Hinton expecting a clean, comfortable stay, but the reality was shocking. The room was filthy: mattresses stained, carpets dirty with hair and dried vomit, and black mold under the sink. Cracked bathroom tiles posed a safety risk. Pest traps for cockroaches, mice, rats, and bedbugs were openly placed throughout the room and halls, indicating a serious infestation. Garbage overflowed in public areas, and the smell was overwhelming. Fixtures were broken, windows and doorframes damaged, and security felt inadequate. The room looked nothing like the photos online. When I reported these issues, staff took photos but offered only excuses and refused a refund, blaming third-party booking. I am still seeking a resolution. This property does not meet basic standards of cleanliness or safety. I strongly advise travelers to avoid this hotel until major improvements are made.

Disappointed Stay – Dirty, Dirty, Dirty!! We recently stayed at the Wyndham and were very disappointed with the overall experience. The outside of the hotel was extremely dirty and clearly had not been cleaned in some time — please refer to the attached photos. I paid for an upgraded room, but it was far from what I would consider an upgrade. The layout was very strange — the toilet and shower were in a separate room, and to wash your hands, you had to walk to a completely different area where the jacuzzi was located. The lighting was dark and dingy, giving the whole space an unwelcoming feel. There were also no garbage bins in the room, which was incredibly inconvenient. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations. If you’re considering this hotel, I recommend spending a little extra to stay somewhere more comfortable and better maintained.
