Hochschwendberg 16 km from Mayrhofen: Chalet "Simonhütte", 1'500 m a.s.l., detached, surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. 16 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, 11 km from the centre of Hippach, on a slope. Private: property with meadow. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. 11 km long steep, narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 11 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Schwendberg Mösl" 2.4 km, railway station "Ramsau i.Z.-Hippach Bahnhof" 11.1 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, gondola lift 1.4 km, slopes 2 km.

Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining nook, satellite TV, CD-player and hi-fi system. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). 2 showers, sep. WC. Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. Traumhafte Lage mit herrlichem Panoramablick

Wir waren mit 7 Personen und zwei Hunden in dieser wunderschönen , gut ausgestatteten Hütte und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wanderungen sind direkt von der Hütte aus möglich. Es gibt einen Grill, 4 Sonnenliegen, eine angrenzende Wiese, die super für die Hund war. Die Betten sind bequem und den Holzofen haben wir abends auch zu schätzen gewusst. Holz war inklusive. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber. Der perfekte Wanderurlaub. Vielen Dank an die super netten Vermieter! Wir kommen wieder.
